Leaving A Grave
Long ago, an order of Gravekeepers made a pact to protect the balance between life and death. When people die, their souls are meant to move on. However, sometimes the dead refuse to rest and return as zombies.
To prevent this, the Gravekeeper guards the graveyard where the boundary between life and death is weak.
Many Gravekeepers have fallen in battle. When they die, they leave behind a grave, but their soul remains bound to the pact.
New Gravekeepers can dig up these graves and summon the ghosts of fallen Gravekeepers to fight together against the undead.
The battle never ends...
Fight endless waves of zombies in a constantly battling graveyard. Dig up the fallen old Gravekeepers to summon their ghosts, who fight alongside you.
- Survive endless waves of zombies
- Summon ghosts from gravestones
- Ghosts fight automatically alongside you
- Collect XP and upgrade your ghosts
- Enemies become stronger over time
- Survive as long as possible and reach the best time and most kills
- Check the leaderboard for the best times and most kills
The longer you survive during a run, the stronger your ghost will be when you die.
This ghost can then be summoned by future players, making every run part of a progression between players (leaving a trace).
- WASD – Move
- Left Mouse Button – Knockback with your sword
- E – Dig up graves

This project was made in 3 months as part of a school assignment. It is our first time working with Godot and our first larger scale game project.
